Shein Delayed My Order And Provided A Coupon Code
I ordered something on October 1st, 2023, but it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time. I've been trying to sort out this problem with Shein's customer support, but they keep giving me different delivery dates that never end up being accurate. So far, they've given me a coupon code for my account. But, this doesn't really solve my problem because I need to see actual results from what I'm buying. I spent over $160, and my expectations haven't been met. Asking for help with this problem has been really difficult and frustrating. So, I've started a credit card dispute against Shein because they haven't given me a refund. If they don't process the refund soon, I'm ready to take it further. Here's what I want: I want my money back right away, no more waiting. I'm really unhappy with this shopping experience and I hope they fix the problem quickly.
