Shein Storage Bag Arrived Damaged

I ordered a storage bag from Shein, which was delivered to me by the local post courier on 20/08/2026. When I received the product, I noticed that one of the handles was broken. Because of the broken handle, the storage bag is not usable as intended and I am disappointed that such a defective item was delivered. I have a clear photo showing the broken handle and can share it if needed. I request a full refund for this storage bag due to the defect in the handle and ask for my complaint to be handled as soon as possible.
