SHEIN Shipping Error Sends Parcel to Incorrect City
I have been using Shein for years and have never changed my address, yet on my recent order placed on 20 February, my parcel was sent to a completely wrong address. The shipment is currently in transit to Cape Town, a place I do not know and have no connection to, even though the address saved on my Shein profile is totally different from the one that was given to the courier. My correct address is in Witsieshoek, in the Mphotleng area, Lusaka ***, postal code 9870, and this is the address I have always used. I realised there was a problem when Courier Guy emailed me to confirm my address, and I saw that the address they had was not mine at all. When I contacted Courier Guy, they informed me that they were simply using the address provided to them by the supplier. I then tried to get help from Imile, but their chatbot has not been helpful, and I have not been able to solve the issue through them. Shein has also not responded to me so far, even though I have already been waiting for days for this parcel. I am very disappointed that my address has somehow been changed or misrecorded without my knowledge and that my parcel is now being sent to an incorrect destination. I request that my parcel be urgently rerouted to my correct address in Witsieshoek, Mphotleng, Lusaka ***, 9870, and that this is done promptly, as I have already experienced an unnecessary delay due to an error that was not caused by me.
