Shein Marked My Order as “Wrong Address” After 2 Months – I Need a Solution

I placed an order on Shein worth €70, and after two months, they suddenly marked it as having a wrong address. This makes no sense because my address was correct when I placed the order. The bigger issue is that I no longer live in the same country, my phone number has changed, and even my card details are different. Now I have no idea how to return the items, update my payment information, or get my money back. Shein’s support needs to provide a clear solution because this is not my fault! I expect immediate assistance on how to process my return and receive my refund on my new card. Someone from Shein, please help me fix this!

No one has contacted me, it's been months and it still says 'address missing' on the order. Everyone should be careful, I do not recommend shopping from this site.
