Shein Sent Me Perfume Instead of My Hello Kitty Cup Mother’s Day Gift

I placed an order on Shein on April 30 for a brown Hello Kitty 40 oz cup as a Mother’s Day gift, but when my package arrived in Harris County on May 9, I was shocked to find a bottle of perfume inside instead of the cup. This mistake completely ruined the gift I had planned and left me very disappointed, as a cup and a perfume are clearly not similar items that can be confused. My order number is GSU1YW24A001FHA. I contacted Shein customer service via text, and they informed me that the issue would take some business days to handle and that I could start a refund. However, I do not want a refund; I want the correct product that I originally ordered. The perfume I received is not something I ordered, and I am willing to return it if necessary. I kindly request that Shein urgently send me the correct brown Hello Kitty 40 oz cup I ordered and arrange for the return of the perfume if needed. I expect this to be resolved quickly and without any extra cost or inconvenience to me, as this was a time-sensitive Mother’s Day gift that was spoiled by this error.
