Shein Sent Defective Shoes That Fell Apart After Delivery
I bought a pair of shoes from Shein, model code GSU17F0500NM37, and they turned out to be extremely poor quality and completely unwearable. The bottom seams are not properly sewn together, so the shoe is practically falling apart and cannot be used safely at all. I contacted Shein customer service about this defective product, but they only insisted on the standard solution and did not offer the simple resolution I am asking for. Considering that the shoes arrived in this condition and are clearly not fit for purpose, I do not think it is reasonable for me to have to deal with returning them. I am using Shein from Pennsylvania and I request a full refund for this order, including the product price, shipping fee and taxes, without requiring me to return the shoes. I expect Shein to recognize this as a defective item and process my refund accordingly.
