Shein Return Process Is Broken, Wasted Hours And No Proper Support

I am 73 years old and have spent almost three hours trying to make returns on Shein, and your customer service is basically non-existent. I have several items across four different orders that I want to return, and I only want a refund for four of the twelve items, but the whole process has been a cluster headache. On the return page, the reasons I select are not retained. When I leave the page to get photos of the items and come back, I have to start all over again. This has happened repeatedly and has made the process extremely exhausting. On top of that, your chat support has been useless and unable to help in any meaningful way. I feel like I am forced to do your job for you without any proper assistance. The items I am returning are poor quality, run small, and do not match the pictures accurately. Your site is very similar to Temu’s, which is already a negative for me, and on top of this I am now receiving an excessive amount of texts, which is also very annoying. After this experience, I do not want to go through anything like this again. My clear expectation is that you process a full refund for the four items I am returning, provide the return labels and clear packing instructions without any further hassle, and then close my Shein account. In addition, I expect compensation for the almost three hours I have spent trying to handle these returns and doing the work your customer service should be doing; I value my time at 30 dollars per hour. I request that you contact me directly and resolve this issue promptly.
