Shein Refuses Home Pickup Despite My Age and Mobility Limitations

I am 82 years old and live in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, England. I recently placed two Shein orders, which arrived together in one parcel, as Shein confirmed it was acceptable to return them together. The parcel contains trousers, a skirt, sandals and other items. All of the items are unused, still have their tags on and are still within the valid return period. Shein has accepted my return and sent me a code and label to take the parcel to the post office. However, I have no way of getting out to the post office and physically posting the parcel. I explained this to Shein customer service, but they told me they are not able to arrange a collection from my address and only offered the standard return by post office. Because Shein does not provide a courier collection service and I am not able to leave my home to return the parcel, I am left with a parcel that has been waiting at home for around two weeks with no practical way to send it back, even though I followed their instructions and the return has been approved. The total value of these items is approximately £40, which I paid by card. In these circumstances, I am requesting that Shein issue a full refund for these two orders without requiring me to post the parcel back, or alternatively provide a free courier collection from my home so that I can complete the return. I would like this situation to be resolved in a way that takes my age and mobility limitations into account, as I have done everything I can from my side.
