Shein Order Shipped but No Clear Tracking Update
On 7 May, I placed and paid for an order worth 27,839 Naira on Shein, which included several items such as jewellery, a phone and passport pouch, shoes, nails, a hair clip, glasses and a selfie light, to be delivered to Lagos, Nigeria. On 8 May, I received an email from Shein stating that my order had been shipped. However, on 10 May, I received an email from the shipping company Speedaf stating that my order had been “inbounded,” which created confusion about the actual status and location of my parcel. Since then, I have not been able to get any clear tracking information. I could not find any functional Shein customer care contact in Nigeria, so I have been unable to reach them directly. I sent an email to Speedaf, but I have not received any response for two days. I am kindly requesting clear and updated tracking information about my order, including where it currently is and when I should realistically expect delivery. I would like this information to be provided as soon as possible so that I can be sure my order is not lost or stuck without any follow‑up.
