I Did Not Receive My Shein Order Because Cargo Company Failed Delivery

On 07.08, I placed an order for two dresses worth a total of ₺876 from the Shein website. My order was shipped via Kargoist, and yesterday I received a message saying it was “out for delivery.” Shortly after, however, I received another message stating “delivery failed.” Even though I have been at home for the past two days, the products were never delivered to me, yet the system shows them as delivered. I tried to contact Kargoist customer service multiple times, but no one answers the phone and I cannot get any information. During this process, I also contacted Shein, but they told me I needed to confirm the issue with the shipping company. I have never experienced such a problem before, but I have read many similar complaints about Kargoist, and now I am in a difficult situation. I request that my order be delivered to me urgently and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
