My Shein Shipment Cancelled Without Notification—Requesting Refund
On October 3, I made an online purchase on Shein from the clothing and accessories category, spending a total of 1,250 TL. Around two months have passed and my order still hasn’t arrived, and I have no information about where the parcel is.
A few days ago, I discovered that the shipment of my order has been cancelled. I only received an English message regarding tracking number “PALTR0002086321YQ” stating that a delivery attempt was unsuccessful. However, I couldn’t find any clear channel to contact either the local shipping company or Shein directly. Because of this, I cannot get the status of my order, nor can I track the parcel.
I request that Shein either resend my order with tracking and full delivery to my address or refund the full amount of 1,250 TL to me. I ask that my grievance, regarding an order that is marked cancelled and yet never received, be resolved quickly.
