Shein Men’s Gold and Silver Crown Too Small, Requesting Refund

I recently ordered a men’s gold and silver crown from Shein last Tuesday and received it yesterday. When I tried it on, I saw that it is too small and does not fit properly, so I cannot use it as intended. I have not been able to reach Shein customer service about this issue, so I am writing this complaint to explain my situation. Since the product size is not suitable and the crown is unusable for me, I kindly request a refund for this item.
