I Face Return Issues on Oversized Shein Dress and Can’t Reach Customer Support

I ordered a dress from Shein, but the fit is completely off — the cut is way too loose and oversized, making it impossible to wear. I wanted to return it, but when I click the “Return” button in the app, it keeps redirecting me to irrelevant pages that have nothing to do with returns.
Now I’m stuck with a dress I can’t use, and there’s no phone number or proper customer service contact available. I’ve searched everywhere for a way to reach someone, but Shein offers no real support for problems like this. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I truly regret shopping from this app and will not be ordering again unless Shein provides a proper solution. I’m requesting clear instructions on how to return the item and a way to contact support directly. I shouldn’t be left alone with a product that doesn’t fit and no way to resolve the issue. Please fix this return process and offer better customer assistance.
