Shein Refuses to Refund Full $18 After Dress Return
About 7 days ago, I placed an order for a dress on Shein. Due to a size mismatch, I decided to return the item and submitted a return request today. However, even though I purchased the product for approximately $18 USD, the system shows the refund amount as only about $11 USD.
When I contacted live customer support, I was told that there was nothing they could do. From what I understand, if I proceed with the return, only this lower amount will be refunded, and the actual amount I paid will not be returned. Because of the difference between the amount I paid and the refund amount shown in the system, I feel that I am being treated unfairly.
I purchased the item for $18 USD, and I demand that this full amount be refunded to me. I am requesting a complete refund based on the actual amount I paid, without any unjust deduction.
