Shein Sent the Wrong Shoe Size After I Ordered the Wrong Category
I am writing regarding an order I placed today on Shein. By mistake, I ordered a child size 10.5 pair of shoes, but I actually wanted to order a men’s size 10.5. Since the order was placed only today and the shoes have the wrong size category, I kindly request that you change this order to a men’s size 10.5 before it is shipped, or provide me with a clear solution to correct the size. I tried to contact customer service but could not find any phone number to call, so I am reaching out through this complaint to have the size corrected as soon as possible. I also request clear information on how and when this issue will be resolved, and how I will be notified of the outcome, including who will contact me regarding the change.
