Shein Didn’t Deliver My Order and Refuses to Refund or Help Me




I placed an order with Shein totaling €98.69, and the expected delivery date was between April 1–3. It’s now well past that window, and my package never arrived. I contacted Shein customer service multiple times, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.
Despite not canceling or returning anything, Shein suddenly marked my package as "returned." I didn’t send anything back, and I certainly didn’t request a cancellation. Still, I never received my items and have not been refunded. I’ve sent several emails explaining the situation, but their responses are generic and do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
This is unacceptable. Shein, if you can take my money instantly, you should be just as quick to deliver my order—or refund me if you can’t. I demand my money back immediately. Stop ignoring your customers and fix this now.
