SHEIN-Fulfilled Intertex Heater Arrives Faulty — Replacement Requested

I purchased two Intertex oil heaters, model 4003094 BA 01-7-H, through Amazon, with the order being fulfilled and shipped by SHEIN. After using both heaters for a while without any issues, I switched them off for 3–4 days during a warm spell without unplugging them. When the weather turned cold again, and I turned them back on, one of the heaters stopped working completely, while the other one is still working well under the same conditions. I contacted Just Answer and went through a detailed troubleshooting process with them. Based on their checks, they considered the heater to be defective. There were no error lights, smells, or specific incidents; the device simply stopped working after being turned off and then back on. I then tried to reach SHEIN to resolve this, but I could not find the correct place or channel to contact them properly. Since the heater appears to be defective and the second identical heater is working fine, I am kindly requesting a replacement device for this faulty Intertex oil heater, model 4003094 BA 01-7-H. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely heat my home again.
