SHEIN Free Trial Offers Never Deliver Any Products

For around the last six months, since about September 2025, I have been receiving frequent messages on Facebook about supposed SHEIN “free trials” offering free clothes or gadgets. I often receive more than ten of these messages a day asking if I would like to join a free trial, and when I answer “yes,” I am taken to questionnaires, which I complete, providing my name and email address, but nothing ever happens afterwards. I find it very frustrating that these offers repeatedly raise the expectation of being included in a free trial, yet there is never any follow‑through, confirmation, or clear information on whether the offers are genuine or not. If these promotions are really connected with SHEIN, I feel they are misleading because they bombard users with promises of free products without delivering any clear results. I ask that you review these Facebook “free trial” messages linked with SHEIN, confirm whether they are official, and if they are, either stop sending such misleading offers or actually include me in a genuine free trial as repeatedly advertised.
