Shein Invite Friends Promotion Not Giving Free Gifts After Payment
About three days ago, I joined a Shein promotion where I was asked to pay $5 and invite friends in order to receive several free gifts. I am using Shein from Texas. The promotion appeared as a pop-up saying that if I invited 2 friends, I would receive 5 free gifts. I completed that step, but then the system asked me to invite 1 more friend, and after I did that, it kept asking for yet another friend. The process never finishes and the requirements keep changing, even though I have already invited around 7 friends through this campaign. I am very disappointed, because I joined and paid the $5 based on Shein’s promise and invested time inviting many friends, but the free gifts are still not delivered and the task never seems to be completed. I have tried to contact Shein customer service, but nothing happens and I have not received any clear solution or explanation. I request that Shein keep its promise and provide the free gifts that were offered in this campaign, based on the friends I have already invited and the payment I made. I also ask that you review and fix this invite system so other customers do not face the same issue.
