Shein Orders From September 9 Disappeared From Account And Not Delivered
On September 9, 2025, I placed several orders on Shein using my credit card. However, I can no longer see any of these orders in my account. They have completely disappeared without any error message or notification. There are no other issues with my account—only my orders are missing.
I tried contacting Shein customer service, but I could not reach anyone. This has caused serious concern, as I cannot track my purchases or confirm their delivery status.
My orders were supposed to be delivered to my address in Kuşadası, Aydın. The email linked to my Shein account is c***********@hotmail.com.
I request that my missing orders be restored to my account immediately and that they be delivered to me without further delay. Customers should not be left in uncertainty about their paid purchases.
