Shein Didn’t Disclose Self-Sent Return Policy and Refused to Cover Shipping

On October 2, 2025, I purchased a bag from Shein and decided to return it after it was delivered. However, during the return process, I was informed that the item had to be shipped internationally using the “self-sent” method. There was no mention of such a process or any extra shipping fee requirement during the purchase.
I contacted Shein customer service, but they didn’t provide a clear solution or sufficient information about how to proceed. The product is unused and in brand-new condition.
My order number is GSO13S02N0084UA, and I paid ₺394.35 by credit card. I am requesting a refund of the product price and that Shein cover the return shipping cost, as this requirement was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
