I placed my first-ever order on Shein for five items, including an iPhone 16 Pro phone case and a charger protector, totaling ₺386.36 (Order No: GSO1CY012001K1K, Tracking No: PALTR0001849429YQ). Without any notification or delivery attempt, the shipping company returned my package, and tracking shows it was sent back to Shein’s Istanbul branch between August 2–4, 2025.
When I visited the local courier branch on July 31, I was told my items had been returned that very morning. I immediately emailed Shein and Pal Express on August 4, receiving only a generic informational reply on August 5 with no resolution offered. I followed up today via email and Shein’s in-app customer service chat, yet I still have not received any concrete solution.
This is highly frustrating, as I have never experienced such an issue with any delivery before. I request that Shein reship my original order immediately and ensure customers are informed before any return is initiated. I expect my problem to be resolved quickly without further delay.
