SHEIN Customer Complaint – Missing Order After Delivery Confirmation
I ordered a queen-size mattress through the SHEIN app and it was marked as delivered on 20 March 2026, but I never received the item. There was no package left at my door or handed to me, and I have not been able to locate it. I paid a total of $43.18 for this mattress. After I saw that the order status showed “delivered,” I contacted SHEIN customer service and was told to wait 24 hours. No one ever got back to me after that and the problem is still not resolved. Since I paid for a product that I did not receive, I am requesting a full refund for this mattress as soon as possible.
