I Face Failed Delivery and No Response for My Shein Dress and Shoes Order

On 9 February 2025, I placed an order with Shein South Africa for women’s trackpants, under order number 6021026639574. After receiving the item, I found that the size did not fit. I initiated a return, and the items were collected on 10 February. However, since that date, the return status in the system has been stuck on “to be shipped,” and there has been no further progress or clear update about my return. I request that my return be processed without any further delay and that my refund be issued promptly, or that I am at least given a clear explanation and solution regarding the status of this return.
