Need To Return Dresses - I Am Getting NO HELP From Shein

I placed a Shein order that included 6 dresses on June 10 and received the package on June 22. On Shein’s site it clearly states that returns are free within 30 days of receiving the order, so I have been trying to return these dresses with a free return label as promised and well within the 30-day period. However, when I call the number I have for Shein customer service, it always sends me to a third party that wants me to pay for a membership before they will provide a return label. I do not want to deal with a third-party membership or pay anything just to return my items, especially when Shein states that returns are free within 30 days. I am requesting that Shein provide me with a genuine way to reach their own customer service team (a real Shein contact with a human representative) and send me a free return label for these 6 dresses, as clearly advertised on their site, so I can complete the return without any additional charges or third-party memberships.
