I placed my first order on SHEIN, which included one dress and two pairs of sunglasses. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete disappointment. The dress I received looks nothing like the one pictured on the website—it’s an entirely different design and quality. On top of that, there’s no clear guidance on how or where to return the item. I searched the app and the site, but there’s no straightforward information on which courier to use or where to send the return.
To make things worse, I also found out that the sunglasses I received—cheap-looking plastic ones—are supposedly non-returnable. That’s unacceptable. If an item doesn’t match the promised quality or photos, it should be eligible for return.
SHEIN, I demand that you clarify the return process immediately and accept the return of all items from my order. This is not how a first-time customer should be treated. If this is how your service works, I won’t be shopping with you again—and I’ll be sure to warn others too.
