I recently purchased three dresses from Shein, with a total listed price of ₺1,200. However, I was charged ₺1,800 in total due to what Shein claimed were high tax deductions, meaning I ended up paying ₺600 more than expected. When I decided to return the items, I was informed that the return shipping cost would be my responsibility.
I contacted Shein customer service to request a fair resolution, but they insisted that I must cover the shipping fees for the return and provided no alternative solution. My order was delivered to my address in Mersin, Akdeniz, and I paid via credit card. It has now been over 15 days since I reported this issue, yet I have received no positive response.
I feel wronged by the excessive tax deductions and the unfair burden of return shipping fees. I request a full refund of the overcharged amount and reimbursement of the return shipping costs without further delay.
