My SHEIN Order Was Defective I Cannot Return It

I am absolutely outraged with SHEIN! Every single one of the 5 items I ordered was defective and poorly made. To make matters worse, the sizes were completely wrong. I paid ₺1,700 and received a package full of unusable junk. This is a total rip-off and a complete disappointment.
When I tried to return the items, I was told I could ship them back to China, but the shipping cost would be on me. SHEIN clearly knows that customers aren't going to pay ₺1,700 for return shipping on an order that was already defective! They're essentially trapping customers with faulty products, knowing we'll just be stuck with them.
The shopping experience was an utter letdown. Not a single item looked like its picture online. The one-shoulder green bustier had its shoulder sewn on backward, and the front and back pieces were bizarrely mismatched. The dark brown top arrived in a completely different, irrelevant color. The red bustier had a broken strap clasp. And one "medium" item I ordered wouldn't even fit a child, let alone an adult. This entire purchase was a complete waste of money and is fit only for the trash.
SHEIN, you need to rectify this immediately. Provide a full refund for my defective order without requiring me to pay exorbitant return shipping fees. Stop selling faulty products and implement a fair return policy that doesn't penalize customers for your own quality control failures.
