SHEIN Did Not Refund ₺632 for Returned Dress GSO1WG63M00T08L Despite Delivery Confirmation
On September 9, I returned a dress I purchased from SHEIN with the code GSO1WG63M00T08L. I sent the return through Pal Kargoist with tracking number PALTR0001961081YQ, which confirms that the item was delivered. I had paid ₺632 for the dress. Despite the time that has passed, I have not yet received my refund. I also had difficulty reaching customer service and was not provided with any information. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I want my grievance resolved as soon as possible. I request that my refund be urgently processed and that I be informed about the status of the process.
