I Found Live Insects Inside My Shake Shack Burger From Akasya Mall

I have ordered three times through Getir from the Shake Shack location in Akasya Mall. However, my experience with the last two orders was truly unacceptable. The lettuce in the delivered burgers had obvious signs of insect damage, and I actually found two live bugs inside the lettuce. The burger patties were burnt, and the tomato slices that were supposed to be inside the burger were shipped messily outside of the packaging.

This is the first time I have encountered a business that prepares food with such carelessness, blatant disregard for basic hygiene, and utter disrespect for its customers. Our health is being completely ignored, and not even the bare minimum care is shown for the money we pay.

Due to this severe hygiene hazard and careless service, I demand product replacements to compensate for these orders, along with a drastic increase in hygiene inspections at this location.
