Sephora Cancelled My Order

On November 9, 2023, I ordered 2 Size Up mascaras and 1 Outrageous Plump Effect Gloss with the available discount at Sephora, using the order code number 8002117647. The shipping was scheduled for November 13, 2023, as indicated. Despite receiving an out-of-stock warning during the order placement, Sephora canceled my order on November 14, 2023, citing a lack of stock. I want to emphasize that the products were in stock when I made the purchase. I feel victimized by the cancellation of my order due to stock errors. I contacted customer service to address this issue, and they offered a 20% discount, which I declined. Unfortunately, no one has provided a response to my concerns regarding this matter. What is particularly frustrating is that individuals who placed orders after mine have already received their products. If cancellations are made based on stock availability, then the principle should be applied consistently. It is absurd that Sephora delivers products to customers who ordered long after me but cancels my order. This experience is disappointing, as I did not expect the Sephora brand to tarnish its reputation in this manner. Such practices undermine the brand's value and leave a negative impression on customers.
