Sephora Sold Fake Versace Eros Perfume with Poor Longevity

On March 13, 2024, I bought a bottle of Versace Eros perfume from the store.
The salesperson made sure to let me know that the perfume was genuine. However, I quickly realized that the scent didn't even last for 30 minutes. It's not typical for a real Versace perfume to have a scent that doesn't last very long.

I strongly believe that Sephora sold me a counterfeit Versace Eros perfume. This is a big problem because it not only impacts my own experience but also shakes the faith I have in the Versace brand.

I kindly request that Sephora look into this issue and take the necessary steps to address it. I want my money back for the counterfeit perfume I bought.

While the necessary information has been written in detail, what will you learn over the phone? What purpose will it serve other than to stall? Moreover, you mentioned that you called once and then said you couldn't reach us. The same complaint was also written by my spouse. When you called them, they were able to answer, and you did not offer any solutions. You want to have it inspected for authenticity, how are you not sure about the authenticity of the product you are selling? This company, which does not even know what it is selling, not only tarnishes the name of the brand it sells but also does not stand behind its product.
