Unethical Treatment at Sephora Terracity Antalya Store

On July 7, 2023, my mother and I went to Antalya to see Sephora Terracity. After we waited in line, it was finally our turn, but the worker, whose name was Buket, helped someone else instead. We told them how upset we were and how unfair the situation was. She told my mother, "You are not normal at all, and your behavior is not normal." I have never encountered such unethical and rude behavior in any establishment in my life. We were just standing up for our rights, but the cashier wasn't very good at her job, so we had to wait a long time while the system broke down. We were almost ready to leave without our things. It's not okay that the employees help each other at work because they're friends. It's clear that they don't care about how happy their customers are.
