Disgraceful Behavior Of Sephora Store Staff
I purchased a product online and headed over to the Sephora store located in Zorlu Center to collect it. The employee who gave me the product forgot to take off the barcode, which made the alarm go off when I left the store and resulted in a security guard stopping me. After grabbing my bag and strolling off, the security guard eventually handed it back without a hint of apology or explanation. During this incident, I was stopped by the alarm and the security guard, and my bag was taken away. It was really embarrassing to be put on display like that in front of everyone. I felt like I was being accused of trying to leave without paying, even though it was actually because one of your employees forgot to remove the barcode. Even after reporting my complaint through online platforms, they didn't bother to offer a simple apology. After this embarrassing incident of receiving the product I paid for, I have decided not to shop at Sephora stores anymore.
