Sephora Staff Rude and Providing Incorrect Information
Sephora staff has twice provided me with incorrect information and then proceeded to give me different information without apologizing. Despite registering for maintenance at the Mersin Forum branch, they acted as if they were unaware. Furthermore, when I mentioned the name of the staff member (the name given in the system), guess what they told me? "Oh, Ms. O... isn't here, someone else can handle it." There's no sense of professionalism whatsoever. The staff members scrutinize you in the store. It's a strange place. 😊
