Sephora Order Missing Items & No Refund – Customer Service Unresponsive

I placed an order with Sephora on February 17, which included a NARS foundation. However, the foundation never arrived because it was out of stock. I assumed it would be shipped once restocked, so I did not contact customer service immediately. After waiting about 15 days, I called Sephora to ask about my missing item.

The first time I called, they hung up on me. On my second attempt, they told me that because I didn’t call within three days, they couldn’t do anything about it. I never received my product or a refund.

Today, I placed another order, and the payment was deducted from my card, but the purchase does not appear in my order history.
