I Didn’t Receive Points for In-Store Purchases at Sephora İstinyePark İzmir

I’ve made multiple fragrance and beauty product purchases at the Sephora İstinyePark İzmir branch, but none of those in-store transactions have been reflected as points on my Sephora account. Only the online purchases show up under my profile, which is incredibly frustrating as I frequently shop in person as well.

Given how much I’ve spent over time, I should have easily reached Black Card status by now, yet I am still listed as a White Card holder. This discrepancy is unfair to loyal customers like me who expect a consistent and transparent reward system, regardless of where the purchase is made.

Sephora must immediately investigate and manually credit my missing points so I can receive the tier status and benefits I deserve. I urge you to correct this oversight and get back to me as soon as possible.
