Sephora Black Card Points Not Added Despite Giving My Phone Number During Purchase

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experiences at Sephora. Despite providing my phone number at checkout, my purchases are not being credited to my Black Card. I have spent over ₺10,000, and no one even bothered to inform me that showing the physical card might be necessary if that’s truly the case. Why aren’t we warned if the phone number is not enough?

This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue — it happened during my last purchase as well. I even have a Black Card and never received the promised rewards for it either.

If Sephora expects customers to know unwritten rules without communicating them, that’s completely unacceptable. I am exhausted dealing with these constant problems. If this issue is not resolved immediately and my points and rewards are not properly credited, I will stop shopping at Sephora altogether. I demand a prompt solution and acknowledgment of my loyalty as a customer.
