Simple Cologne is More Lasting Than Sephora's Michael Kors Wonderlust Perfume

I bought Michael Kors Wonderlust perfume from Sephora in Ankara, Turkey. Since I used this perfume years ago, I know it is very long-lasting, so I bought it. But unfortunately, the scent I sprayed lasts for 15 minutes then it disappears immediately. Everyone around me and I have observed and experienced that the perfumes sold by Sephora are like scented water. Even rose water and even lemon cologne are more long-lasting than perfumes sold by Sephora. They don't sell good quality products anymore. I'm sure that if I return the product to the store, they will send it for inspection and tell me it's okay. Every time they do the same thing, they pretend to be interested in your complaint but at the end of the day they do not find any mistake in their products. They always ignore customer happiness. That's why I'm too lazy to go to the store anymore. Sephora turned into an underrated cosmetician in terms of the quality of the products it sold. I know that neither a return nor a product return will be accepted, but I should write my complaint here so other people can see it.
Dear Valued Customer, We are pleased to assist you with any matter you may need regarding your requests. We also thank you for your interest and understanding. We wish you a wonderful day.

I expect Sephora to elevate customer satisfaction to the highest level in Turkey, just as it does in many parts of the world. I purchase perfumes worth thousands of liras, but they do not smell as they should. I also buy other products, and the amount I pay is not insignificant. Yet, in return, there is no acceptance of perfume returns, no attempt at compensation, and no gift given for the amount of products I buy. We pay more for products of lower quality compared to other countries, and we are not even given the opportunity to try new products. If I had bought the products from a Sephora store in America, they would have given me two bags of testers. As customers, we are aware of these issues and more. I am writing this because I want Sephora to know this. I should not have to pay to try a new shampoo brand. Or why am I forced to pay to try creams, cleansers, etc.? I hope I have been able to fully express my criticism. Regards.
