I recently had my eyebrows done at Sephora in Capacity AVM, and shortly after, I developed a serious infection in both eyes, causing blurred vision. I immediately sought medical attention, and my doctor confirmed that the infection was likely due to poor hygiene practices.
I submitted my medical report to Sephora’s customer service, expecting them to address the issue, but they completely ignored my complaint. It is clear that hygiene protocols were not followed, as even basic sanitation practices at standard salons are better than what I experienced here.
This is unacceptable, and I strongly warn others against using Sephora’s brow services. Sephora, take responsibility and address this issue immediately!
