Sephora Armada Failed to Deliver Product and Still Hasn’t Refunded My Payment

On the 7th of the month, I made a purchase at the Sephora Armada store. Although the product I wanted was not in stock, the payment was taken with the promise that it would be delivered directly to my address. However, on the 18th — days later — I was informed that my order had been canceled.
When I visited the store to ask for clarification, I was told the refund would be processed soon. Yet, here we are nearly a month later, and I have still not received my refund. What exactly are we waiting for? This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand like Sephora.
I demand that my refund be issued immediately without any further delay. Sephora must take responsibility for their commitments to customers and stop treating serious financial matters so carelessly.
