I’m very disappointed with the Benefit face mask I purchased from Sephora. I bought this product with high expectations, but after only 3–4 uses, it became completely unusable. The texture changed drastically—it hardened and dried out so much that it’s now impossible to apply.
I stored it properly, always kept the lid tightly closed, and followed all care instructions. Still, the product turned solid in just a short time. For a premium brand like Benefit, this is totally unacceptable. When you spend ₺ on a skincare product, you expect quality and longevity—not a jar that becomes worthless after a few applications.
I feel completely let down. It’s frustrating to waste money on a product that deteriorates so quickly, especially when it was something I was genuinely excited to use.
Sephora and Benefit, I demand a replacement or full refund. Please address this issue and take accountability for the poor product quality. Customers deserve better from well-known brands.
