I am absolutely livid with Sephora! My Beauty Insider points have vanished into thin air, and I'm seeing red. Only the points from a purchase I made two days ago are showing up, but I've made countless other purchases recently, both online and in-store. I've also been a loyal customer, getting my brows done regularly for the past two months. My point balance should be significantly higher than what's currently reflected, based on all my recent spending!

This is completely unacceptable. I've spent good money at Sephora, trusting that my loyalty would be rewarded with points I could actually use. Instead, it feels like my hard-earned points have just been wiped away without explanation. What's the point of a loyalty program if the points just disappear? This isn't just a minor glitch; it's a direct betrayal of customer trust.

Sephora, you need to fix this immediately. Restore all my missing Beauty Insider points from my recent purchases and brow services. I expect a full and accurate accounting of my points. Investigate this system error and ensure no other customers are facing the same frustration. I deserve to have all the points I've earned!
