Sephora Sold Me a Faulty Sunscreen and Ignored My Complaints!





I purchased the Solar Protective Cream SPF50 from Sephora. The product worked well for the first week, and I even left a positive review on the Sephora website.
However, after a week, the product started to deteriorate. It separated into a milky liquid and a solid mass, and it started to clump up when I applied it. I contacted Sephora customer service multiple times to report this issue. They promised to investigate and get back to me, but they never did.
I have been waiting for two months for a response from Sephora. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that prides itself on customer service.
I am requesting that Sephora:
Refund my purchase price for the faulty sunscreen.
Investigate the issue and ensure that other customers do not experience the same problem.
Provide me with an explanation for why they have ignored my complaints for two months.
