I purchased the Sephora brand triangle makeup puff directly through their app, full of excitement and high expectations. I truly believed it would be a long-lasting, quality product, which is why I willingly paid a premium price. However, it hasn’t even been two months since my purchase, and the puff has already fallen apart! It started tearing and disintegrating, making it completely unusable.
This is a huge disappointment. When we choose to spend more on branded products, we expect them to last — not to fall apart faster than cheaper alternatives. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a betrayal of the trust customers place in Sephora’s name.
I demand a replacement or a full refund for this defective product. I expect Sephora to stand behind the quality they advertise and provide real customer support for loyal buyers like me.
