I bought Sensodyne Rapid Relief toothpaste from the Migros at Gaziantep SankoPark for my tooth sensitivity, and I’ve been using it for about 10 days. After the first use, my gums became sensitive, but I didn’t think it was from the toothpaste. Over time I developed sores inside my mouth, tiny blisters on my lips, and areas that dried and peeled. Today, after brushing, I had significant irritation on my lips and realized the problem was the toothpaste. I did not use any other toothpaste or oral-care product during this period.
I don’t have the receipt from the store. The product currently sells for a little over ₺300, and I also have an unopened extra box. I haven’t contacted Sensodyne customer service yet. I request a detailed inspection to see if there is an issue with the product and a refund of my payment. If there is a problem, I also ask that measures be taken so other users don’t face the same issue.
