Sensodyne Complete Protection Caused Mouth Sore, Dry Mouth

I started using Sensodyne Complete Protection Toothpaste about a week ago. After using the product, I developed a sore inside my lip and began experiencing constant dry mouth. This issue has seriously affected my quality of life and comfort, becoming quite painful.
During this time, I did not use any other products or medications. My complaint recurs after every use, and I’ve now reached the point where I can no longer continue using the product. I purchased it from a pharmacy, but I don’t have the receipt or packaging details. I have not yet contacted customer service or a healthcare provider. From the brand, I expect a product replacement for this negative experience, as well as a detailed explanation regarding the issue.
