Sensodyne Gum Toothpaste Caused Mouth Sore and Taste Loss

I purchased Sensodyne Sensitivity + Gum Toothpaste from Migros. Normally, I use another brand, but since it wasn’t available in the store and I thought Sensodyne would be a good choice, I decided to try it. After using this product for about two weeks, I developed a sore inside my mouth, especially on the inner part of my lower lip. In addition, during the time I was using this toothpaste, I noticed a decrease in my sense of taste. I did not notice any problems with the packaging, the ingredients, or the expiration date. I don’t have the receipt, and I have not yet contacted customer service. I request that this issue be investigated, that a clear explanation about the product be provided, and that my payment be refunded. Since this problem has negatively affected my health, I ask that it be taken seriously.
