Sennheiser True Wireless 3 Earbuds Battery Problem
I got these Sennheiser Momentum TW3 earphones, I've had three different issues with this thing in the first year. not once, it failed three times... this problem keeps happening, right after I bought the product, I ran into a problem where the earphones didn't charge properly after only a few weeks of using them. this problem came up again just a month after they supposedly fixed it with a brand-new unit. Also, I had to sign this document at Media Markt saying that the product was in perfect condition when I bought it. But it was pretty clear that these claims were totally false. The "new" earphones didn't even have a basic packaging seal, which made me wonder if they were legit or not. now I see that this sketchy situation should have been a red flag for the problems that were about to hit. I paid a premium price for this product, but it turned out to be total garbage. I thought I was making a smart move by investing in what I thought was the best option out there. But man, was I wrong! It turned out to be a total disaster with a bunch of failures and crappy replacements.
