Samsung Buds 3 Pro Right Earbud Has Sound Issues, Service Says "No Problem Found"

I purchased the Samsung Buds 3 Pro on Thursday, December 5, and experienced an issue the same evening. When using ANC or Ambient Sound, the right earbud produces crackling sounds at higher volumes. Additionally, the earbuds leak a lot of sound externally.

I contacted the Samsung Authorized Dealer I purchased from, and they advised me to send the earbuds to technical service. On December 7, I took the earbuds to the Kadıköy service center, where I detailed all the problems. However, the technician’s report absurdly stated, "No fault found, working at standard levels," despite me specifically highlighting the high-volume sound issues.

Am I supposed to avoid using these earbuds at high volumes? Why did I pay for a defective product? I am also aware that earlier batches of this model were recalled due to similar problems. How can Samsung be so certain this unit isn’t defective?

I am deeply dissatisfied with both Samsung Authorized Service Support and Samsung as a brand. My request for a replacement was dismissed, claiming there’s "no issue." I demand a proper resolution or a refund for this defective product.

I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. There's no response from Samsung.

The Consumer Arbitration Committee found me right. I will get my money. :)
